A 30-year veteran of the business consulting industry, business owner and senior executive in the computer hardware and software industries, Tom Murray brings a unique mix of management and business experience to Villa LA PAWS. For more than 6 years Tom has operated as owner of the Phoenix-based Villa La PAWS Pet Resort & Spa
Tom provides the strategic direction and overall senior management of Villa La PAWS, and is currently leading the franchising initiative for the company. Under Tom’s leadership, Villa La PAWS has been honored with the “Best of Phoenix” for three straight years.
His favorite part about working in this industry is seeing the animals’ sheer enjoyment of being in a stress-free, playful environment. Tom has tow dogs, Hank Jr. and Emmy.
His favorite part about VLP? “Our customers being so appreciative and our staff being so engaged…I get to be a part of that every day.”
Elizabeth started with our company in January of 2011. She comes to Villa La PAWS from California where she was instrumental in marketing and sales for a major pet services retailer. Since joining us in 2011 she has launched marketing initiatives, conducts all our event planning and provides franchise support. In addition, Elizabeth is the General Manager over our Phoenix and Glendale Resorts.
Elizabeth has three rescue Pit Bulls, Buster, Mamas and Coco. As well as a Dutch Shepherd mix, Matix and a kitty named Keke.
After 33 years of building a successful legal career and practice, Mike did what many people dream of doing but few have the courage to do, he turned his life-long passion for animals into a new career by joining the Villa La PAWS team. Now he’s building a new business around his passion and vision.
“This journey that I have chosen to take has reignited the fires in me of making a difference, being the best at what I do and being able to help those that can’t speak for themselves. I just cannot wait to be able to take my girls to work with me.”
Mike has three dogs, Boomer, Pixanne and Honeybee (who often accompany him to work these days).
With many years of community involvement with various charities and benefit fundraisers, Jeanne provides the leadership and management for The PAWS Charity Program. She is responsible for the selection of its beneficiaries and organizational support for pet related events and fundraisers.
