In 2009, we proudly launched the "Operation Home for the Holidays" program, albiet late, in mid November. Despite limited exposure, we still assisted 18 military families, boarding 26 dogs and 6 kitties with free overnight and daycare services during the December holiday period.

The experience was beyond fulfilling and rewarding. We experienced tears of joy and a lot of HUGS of thanks for providing these services to their pets while military personnel, their immediate families, and military survivors enjoyed unencumbered visits to see loved ones without the stress or cost of having their furry family members cared for.

We are gearing up for the "Operation Home for the Holidays" program earlier this year, hoping to spread the word and accommodate even more military families than last year. And, due to popular requests, we're  also adding the Thanksgiving holiday period!

Christmas/Hanukkah: December 22 - January 3
