After three years of very successful operations of its PAWS Resort & Spa brand, the PAWS Concierge has launched its franchising program under the brand name “Villa La PAWS® Resort & Spa". There are three (3) Villa La PAWS® franchise offerings:

Conversion Franchise |
| A Standard Franchise will be offered to individuals or entities who do not currently own or operate a dog daycare or boarding facility |
A Conversion Franchise will be offered to individuals or entities who currently operate a dog daycare and/or boarding facility and who wish to convert their existing facility to a Villa La PAWS Resort & Spa |
- Cost: $35,000 Standard Franchise fee
- Initial investment: (NEW) $140,500 to $412,000

- Cost: $7,500 Conversion Franchise fee
- Initial investment: $19,500 to $115,000

Area Representative (Area Developer)

An Area Representative is an independent contractor who has an agreement to develop and support a specified number of Villa La PAWS Resort & Spa locations within a specified geographic territory. The Area Representative’s duties include:
1. The recruitment of new franchise owners
2. Assistance to franchise owners in the area of site selection
3. Assistance to franchise owners with lease negotiation
4. Assistance to franchise owners with construction and opening of the resort
5. Providing franchise owners with ongoing operational support
Cost: Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) plus one cent (1¢) for each person located in the Development Area, based on the most current population data.
As compensation, the Area Representative will receive fifty percent (50%) of the income from initial franchise fees paid by each System franchise they sell within the territory. A Monthly Royalty equal to fifty percent (50%) of gross revenues and transfer fees from every franchised unit located in the Development Area.
