• Cost: $35,000 Standard Franchise fee, paid in 3 installments:

Area Representative (Area Developer)

An Area Representative is an independent contractor who has an agreement to develop and support a specified number of Villa La PAWS Resort & Spa locations within a specified geographic territory. The Area Representative’s duties include:

• The recruitment of new franchise owners
• Assistance to franchise owners in the area of site selection
• Assistance to franchise owners with lease negotiation
• Assistance to franchise owners with construction and opening of the resort
• Providing franchise owners with ongoing operational support

Cost: From $365,850 to $770,600depending on the demographics/population in the selected Development Area. The Area Representative fees are paid in three (3) equal milestone payments:

• 1/3 paid when Area Representative Agreement is signed
• 1/3 paid when Regional Office location is approved
• 1/3 paid when Regional Grand Opening occurs

As compensation, the Area Representative will:

1. Receive fifty percent (50%) of the income from initial franchise fees paid by each System franchise they sell within the territory.
2. A Monthly Royalty equal to two and one-half percent (2.5%) of gross revenues and transfer fees from every franchised unit located in the Development Area.
3. One Single Unit Franchise to operate with NO up-front franchise fee.
