UNIQUE OPERATING ENVIRONMENT Villa La PAWS had a mission to create a no-stress environment for its dog guests and their human parents. We perfected operating our resorts in a CAGE-FREE environment for grooming, daycare and boarding. Specialized staff training and facility layout is required to operate safely in this no-stress environment and this expertise is embedded into the foundation of each Villa La PAWS Resort & Spa. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMFORT Villa La PAWS has been the recipient of many customer service awards and this is a result of our continued focus on customer satisfaction. This is a never-ending focus and we accomplished this by listening, learning and implementing customer centric best-practices continually. Our extensive use of Resort Webcams allows pet parents to watch their 4-legged kids from home, work or when traveling, via the Internet and gives the pet parents the comfort of knowing their furr-kids are having a great time and are well cared for. We have staff 24/7, 365 days a year on-site at all of our resorts. This provides the security and safety of our guests and also provides the customers with extended pick-up and drop-off hours.
