*PROGRAM GUIDELINES 
  • This rufferal program starts September 1, 2009.  
  • A New Customer is defined as a family who has never patronized Villa La PAWS or who hasn’t patronized Villa La PAWS since at least Sept. 1, 2008. One pet per family.
  • Only one (1) rufferal credit will be issued per new customer, not for each new service ultimately purchased by the ruffered customer.
  • The 20% credit (minimum $5 in value) will be issued to your Villa La PAWS account when the new, ruffered customer pays for their first net purchase (final amount after any coupons or discounts are deducted). 
  • To receive your rufferal credit, the new ruffered customer MUST inform Villa La PAWS who referred them when they either complete their new customer paperwork, or re-activate their account.
  • Regardless of which Villa La PAWS your new ruffered customer patronizes, the applicable rufferal credit will be credited to your account at your choice of Villa La PAWS facilities.
  • Villa La PAWS must have your current email address in order to notify you about your rufferal credit award. They will NOT be sent via regular mail. 
  • Rufferal credits are not redeemable for cash; they may only be applied to Villa La PAWS selected services for your pet within 12 months of issuance. 
  • Rufferal credits cannot be transferred to another customer however they may be transferred to a current Paws Charity Partners (tax deduction form, if applicable, will be provided by the Paws Charity Partner).
  • Villa La PAWS reserves the right to modify, change or discontinue the Customer Referral Program at anytime.
