And those of you who recently  brought a new fur friend into your lives feel this more than anyone!

But the joys of puppy breath can quickly subside once the first chair leg is chewed or piddle puddle is stepped in. And the seemingly never ending energy those four legged babies have! Whew... not easy to keep up with him or her after a long day at work, is it?

Well, Villa La PAWS has come up with a special Puppy PreSchool Program that will help your youngsters off on the right paw... and keep them there for years and years to come! Here's how it works:

DAYCARE:
Puppies who have completed their full set of vaccinations are welcome to enjoy the very special award winning PAWS brand of cage-free socialization that their older counterparts have been giving the "paws-up" to for years and years. (See Wendi Faircloth's Puppy Socialization video on VLP-TV). We recommend a minimum of two days each week to establish that very important consistency that dogs require. In addition to a full day of indoor/outdoor play with their poochy pals, each pup will be given a full 30 minutes of one-on-one training to teach and reinforce basic obedience skills: sit, stay, come, down... all the essentials. They'll also be exposed to crate training and be on a schedule that will expedite housebreaking. All of this for the regular price of daycare! No extra charges!

To help you establish a true bond (and the all important "who's the boss") with your little tailwagger, Director of Training Wendi Faircloth has developed a very special six week Puppy Obedience Training Class which will be given at both our Shea and Bell facilities. IN-HOME VISITS:
For those days that your pup is not attending Puppy PreSchool (hey, they'll be doggone pooped from all the fun they have!), it's important to keep them on a potty schedule... give them a little time out of their crates to stretch their legs. A mid-day visit from a licensed, bonded, reliable, professional petsitters is JUST what's in order. We'll take care of the scheduling and keep in close contact with your assigned petsitter to ensure coordination with your baby's daycare visits.
