Theresa provides the back-office support which includes human resources, career planning, payroll, financial reporting, and franchise support.

She also focuses on customer acquisition and retention activities, and serves as the primary company spokesperson.

Glenn provides the strategy and project implementation management that ensures our commitment to using technology as one of our key competitive differentiators. He is responsible for our internet, intranet, server applications, and IP telephone application.
