Chris Irons, Resort Manager
Chris started his career as a PAWS Counselor at Villa La Paws on Bell. He was promoted to Senior PAWS Counselor, Assistant Resort Manager and then Resort Manager at Bell.
Chris is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Villa La PAWS on Bell including staff/facility management and customer satisfaction.He also teaches Resort Management and dog behavior within PAWS University..

LAURA RUSSELL, Senior Groomer
Laura has over 20 years of grooming experience. In addition to her grooming prowess, Laura manages the spa/grooming department at Villa La PAWS on Bell and is responsible for day-to-day operations, staff management, scheduling and customer satisfaction.
Laura teaches grooming techniques and dog/cat health watch techniques within PAWS University.

WENDI FAIRCLOTH, Director of Training
Wendi is an experienced dog trainer and animal behavioral specialist. She has extensive experience in service dog training which mandates thorough training of the animal and the human partner.
Wendi provides the dog training curriculum and management of trainers and their scheduled training assignments. Through PAWS University, she conducts PAWS Counselor training which includes dog behavior, preventative measures, and safety for the dog and the handler.
